Working with the User Experience team, I took over the writing for the revamp of their EQ Hub. From their website revamp to banner ads, from member communications to social engagements, we gave the brand an overall facelift across the board.

yuu Rewards Club

CRM Program

I produced CRM communications for yuu, the biggest loyalty program in Hong Kong with over 3 million users. That included strategising campaigns, designing brand books, and crafting daily communications on the yuu App as well as on their social media platforms.
